We are a collective of musicians, filmmakers, dancers, and visual artists who spent years watching something heartbreaking happen across East Africa: extraordinary talent, trapped by circumstance.
We saw the dancer in Kisumu with world-class potential who couldn't afford conservatory fees. The filmmaker in Kigali with stories to tell but no access to industry mentors. The fashion designer in Dar es Salaam creating stunning work in isolation, without feedback or community. The musician in Kampala teaching themselves from YouTube videos that don't reflect our rhythms, our realities, our market.
The barriers were always the same—geographic, financial, and systemic. Traditional arts education meant relocating to expensive cities, paying fees that excluded most families, or competing for a handful of spots in overstretched institutions. Talent was everywhere. Opportunity was not.
So we built the bridge we wished existed.
